Aromatherapy properties: relaxing, creates mood for good night's sleep.

Folk medicinal properties: antiseptic, can be used to alleviate skin scrapes and burns. Lavender oil is also used for muscle aches, headaches, migraines, and upon coughs. Used against mosquitoes and other insects.
