Epsom salt (bitter salt), is a naturally occurring mineral, composed from magnesium, sulfur and oxygen. Main component of Epsom salt- magnesium plays important role in people's physical and mental well-being. Magnesium regulates more than 325 enzymes and a number of body functions - muscles, bone strength, energy production and metabolism. In addition, sulfur helps to relieve fatigue in joints and tendons and helps body to flush out toxins. Both magnesium and sulfur support the stability of blood sugar.
Usage: For relaxing, add 500g – 750g of salt to warm bath (about 37°C -39°C), and enjoy bath about 20 minutes.For footbath, add about 150g - 350g Epsomi salt to 5 liters of water.
