B-complex is a group of vitamins, which are important for our nerve system. Besides the mutual function, each among B vitamins has other important roles in our body. How does it work?
Because vitamins of B-complex are different and also their sources are different (B12 is found mainly in meat and dairy products, while B7, B9 and to some point B1 and B2 mainly in vegetables and fruit), also purpose of those vitamins is different and broad. Their mutual goal is nerve system functioning, but they have other important roles as well. Against tiredness and fatigue help vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B12, and also contribute to energy-yielding metabolism. For normal functioning of immune system and normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, folic acid is important. Vitamin B2 is important for absorption and metabolism of iron, as well as it works as an antioxidant and protects our cells against oxidative dammage.
